Due to framing constraints we were only able to squeeze in a 32 inch door to the ADA bathroom. This hinge enables us to provide a fully ADA compliant bathroom entrance without having to reframe three rooms in order to widen the ADA bathroom entrance.

Installing these hinges with the doorstop only on the top of the door jam allows for maximum wheelchair clearance. It would be nice if nickel finish and 4" hinges were also available.
