The SAMARITAN Public Access Defibrillator is an easy-to-use medical device designed to allow a non-emergency, non-medical person to administer lifesaving treatment in the event of a sudden cardiac arrest. Using three simple icons and verbal instructions, the SAMARITAN P.A.D. will clearly guide the rescuer through each step. The battery and pad are combined into a single cartridge so there's only one expiration date to monitor, not two. SCOPE T Biphasic technology delivers optimal defibrillation to every patient. 3-year shelf life for battery pad pack. Includes soft carry case, 2005 ECC guidelines poster, quick reference instruction card, and training CD. Seven year warranty on unit.
