After a year or so on insulin, I developed a phobia to plunging the needle into my skin. I began to dread my doses because I had to work up to each one. Finding the Autoject was the best thing that happened that year in my diabetes care program. It has never been a problem and I have been using it for about 5 years. I now have 2 to be sure I have a backup.

Is there an Autoinject 2 made to work with an IM injection using a BD 3 ml syringe removable needle. The needle is 21 gauge and 25 mm in length and must be inserted fully.
