The product is made to carry only one days supply of insulins and accessories. It needs a pouch or elastic to hold the syringes in place to make it better. As I bought it for use during a 2-3 day period, it is not large enough to carry our needs for that length of time. It's a good product just the same and can be carried in hand or on your belt which makes it convenient.
