Excellent insulin case. It really keeps your insulin cool for at least six hours, sometimes for an entire day if it's not too hot outside. I like the extra cold pack and the pocket in front for syringes and alcohol prep pads. I can easily put five syringes in that pocket. The case was slightly bigger than I expected, but it is very durable and well-made. I never have to worry about the bottle breaking while it is stored inside because the padding keeps everything secure. A great investment!

 Could I use ice instead of the cold pack? I'm going to Spain and will have access to ice but not a freezer.
