The Invacare Professional Aneroid Sphygmomanometer with Nylon Cuff is an economical aneroid sphygmomanometer for today's cost conscious health-care market. This features a black enamel 300mmHg no-pin stop manometer, a navy blue nylon cuff with range markings to facilitate selection of correct cuff size, artery label, gauge holder, latex inflation bladder and bulb and a chrome plated deflation valve. Comes complete with leatherette zippered carrying case and operating instructions. 10-year calibration warranty.

I got this for a school requirement because I have the stethoscope but do not have the cuff. The adult size is just right for most patients. I've looked around, most a re expensive. This costs less and is of an excellent quality. Been recommending it to others.
