3M Littmann Select Stethoscope

A stethoscope is a diagnostic instrument used by medical professionals used to hear sounds generated from a patients chest cavity, heart, and various pulse points. Stethoscopes are also used by nurses to listen for restored blood flow while measuring blood pressure.

Tunable technology provides convenience, versatility and enhanced acoustics. Its dual-frequency diaphragm combines both bell (low-frequency) and diaphragm (high-frequency) modes in one chestpiece side. You control bell and diaphragm modes by pressure on the chestpiece rather than turning it over.
