Carbo Hit

Carbo Hit is formulated with 100% pure grain sourced carbohydrates called maltodextrins. These easily digestible carbohydrates come from natural corn grain. Maltodextrins are chains of glucose called “glucose polymers”. Glucose polymers taken pre-workout are used for energy. Taken post-workout, glucose polymers replenish glycogen stores after intense training. Glucose polymers are far better than sugars like sucrose (table sugar) and fructose (common sweetener), which are linked to insulin resistance, carb cravings, increased body fat, and other health problems. Recommended Use:

Mix 1 scoop with 8 ounces of water, juice or milk. Drink 30 minutes before high energy demand is required. Carbo-Hit may also be used following high intensity training sessions to replenish glycogen stores and elevate energy. Take 3-4 times daily to help promote rapid weight gains.
