Directions

Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Bite down on tablets and swish the pieces around your mouth and under the tongue, allowing them to completely dissolve. This allows for maximum absorption and optimum utilization. Do not swallow like capsules or chew like gum.
