Resource GlutaSolve Specialized Glutamine-Intensive Powder is designed for conditions associated with gastrointestinal (GI) injury or disease. Glutamine is the preferred amino acid fuel source for the GI tract and is recognized to play an important role in GI health. Each serving contains 15 g of L-glutamine, mixes easily with water, or can be mixed with foods like yogurt, applesauce or pudding.

L-glutamine, maltodextrin. Made in same plant with soy, milk, egg, and wheat products.

Oral: Mix single-serving packet into favorite beverage. Stir well and consume immediately after mixing. 1 serving = 22.5 g powder in 120 mL. Final volume is 136 mL.

Mucositis Protocol: Mix two packets in approximately 8 oz of water or liquid of choice and refrigerate. Before consuming, mix vigorously (powder will settle to bottom of the glass while in the refrigerator). Consume approximately 2 oz before eating/drinking and before bedtime (4 times/day). Avoid eating or drinking for at least 10-15 minutes after consuming. Start use of RESOURCE GLUTASOLVE powder approximately 5 days prior to start of chemotherapy or radiation therapy and continue during the course of therapy until resolution.

Tube Feeding: Mix single serving packet with 2-4 oz (60-120 mL) warm water. Infuse immediately via syringe into feeding tube. Adding Resource GlutaSolve directly to enteral formula is not recommended.
