Directions:

Mixing Instructions: Dymatize Mega Gainer was designed to mix instantly in liquids with minimal foaming. Dymatize Mega Gainer does not need the use of a blender to disperse completely in liquid. Milk can be substituted for water if more calories are desired. In Water: Add 3 level scoops to 16 ounces of water. Stir for 20 seconds or until completely dispersed. In Milk: Add 3 heaping scoops to 24 ounces of milk. Stir for 20 seconds or until completely dispersed. Mega Gainer Formula: Add 4 heaping scoops to 20 ounces of non-fat milk, 2 cups low-gat ice cream, 2 bananas, 2 tbs unsalted peanut butter, 5 tbs honey, and 3tbs brewer's yeast. Mix in a blender until desired consistency is reached. Calories: 3000; total carbs: 507 g; protein: 126 g.
