Your baby’s health depends on carefully following the formula’s preparation, use, and storage instructions. Ask your baby’s doctor about infant formula-feeding including how much to feed and the need to sterilize (boil) water and preparation utensils before mixing formula.

WARNING: Do not use microwave to warm formula. Warming formula above, or using water warmer than 100º F (40º C), will compromise the benefits of the BIFIDUS BL cultures.

Always wash your hands and utensils before preparing formula.

• Pour desired amount of water into bottle. See chart below
• Add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7g) of powder for each 2 fluid ounces of water. (Only use enclosed scoop. Separate it from frame.)
• Cap bottle, SHAKE WELL. Feed baby immediately OR refrigerate and use bottles within 24 hours. After feeding begins, discard formula left in bottle within 1 hour.

Refrigerate and use the prepared bottles within 24 hours. Tightly cover the open can of powder formula, and use within one month. Store can in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme storage temperatures.
