My stepfather has Alzheimers and this spring had 2 strokes. The hospital wanted to put in a g-tube and send him to a nursing home. We said NO. he came home and we are able to keep him at home and even take him out to eat thanks to Resource ThickenUp. The single size enveolpes make it much easier when we go out to eat. We are proud to say that he is now eating, dressing himself and even able to write his name thanks to being able to stay at home without a g-tube. Thank you ThickenUp

Question:
I am a dentist. One of my diabetic patients with dementia has very substantial caries in his teeth, and the home says that his diet is carefully sugar-controlled. Thickenup decleares 1.8% "sugars" in the analysis on the back of the packet. Can you confirm that your product is non-cariogenic. Or is it, indeed cariogenic? Something must be causing this problem.
