Pros:
Simple To Take. Easy To Swallow.

Doctor prescribed zinc for a deficiency called necral acral erythema. This does help with this condition.

May Work for Warts Verified Purchaser

Cons:
Upsets Stomach.
Describe Yourself:
First Time User.

There have been several reports in the medical literature indicating large doses of zinc may be effective at eliminating warts. I've been taking this zinc sulfate for about 2 weeks now and the common warts on my hands appear to be shrinking. It reportedly takes up to 2 months to eliminate them, so things are looking good. Note that the 50 mg dose in these is the maximum recommended daily amount. I'm taking 2 of these a day, so I'm watching for anemia (the most common consequence of excess zinc intake). Also, they will upset your stomach. Zinc always does. However, for me the upset is mild and goes away in about 20 minutes.

Side effects Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Easy To Swallow.
Cons:
Ineffective. Upsets Stomach.
Describe Yourself:
First Time User.

[...] But the product caused me nausea and vomiting every single time I took it. It was supposed to help my immune system work better to get rid of a wart on my finger. Though I didn't take it long (about a week), it was no effective for that. It likely would have been if I had been able to tolerate it.

It was recommended to aid in wound healing. It is still too early to tell whether it is effective.
