Cons:

Unsafe. Hard to handle. Leaks when installed. Not made well. Scratches Surfaces. Shower head cheap. Snaps back into roll. Does not unroll easily. Dangerous to use.

As much as I wanted this product to work, it did not work. It was not easy to use when water was constantly squirting in your eye. If one hand needs to use the hand shower, you cannot afford for this product to not unroll or constantly fight against it wanting to roll back up. It was hooked up, used once and gave up. I would not recommend this unless you like aggravation.
