Intuitive pouch design is easy-to-use; just pour dirty water into the “red” port and one sports syrup charge into the “green” port. Within hours, the water will be filtered by the advanced forward osmosis membrane as it’s drawn into the inner chamber, blocking viruses, bacteria and parasites without clogging. Even heavy metals, pesticides and salts are reduced. Simple process can be repeated three times per day for 10 days, producing over four liters of water every 24 hours. No purifying chemicals are required, just the dilute sports drink that drives the filtration process. Meets EPA Standards for removal of biological pathogens.

great for emergencies when there is no fresh water or when the water is in question. It will eliminate all contaiminates and give you a clean sports drink. It would be nice if they made a version in a sturdy carrying bag, which could store the filter and extra sports drink syrup. It is only rates to last for ten days, so it is a short term water treatment option only. However you can't beat it and ten days can easily make the difference between life or dehydration.
