Probably not durable enough to last a homeless person very long qne for disposable blankets the mylar (silver) is a better fit, they are water proof, can be made into a poncho (raincoat), and cost much less, as little as 30 cents if you buy them in large quantities. Army surplus bedding would be better for a person with a dry place to sleep or give them a few mylar blankets and some plastic bags, and a pack of moist wipes to clean themselves. Things like tooth brushes are useless if the person has no runing water, but alcohol free mouthwash is good.
