Answer:
Every Time I've ordered these, which has been pretty often for a while now, it is always McKesson Brand Gloves, that is for the 1,000 Case though, but I would assume the Single Box is the same.

Answer:
These are manufactured by Invacare. They're not my all-time favorite gloves, but they certainly serve their purpose. Since I'm not performing brain surgery with them, they're just dandy for the price, which is why I bought them in the first place.

Answer:
The individual boxes that I used were branded Mckesson. The boxes in the case of 1000 are branded "Select Medical Products" and manufactured by PSS World Medical with a Jacksonville, FL address. Made in China. Identical to the McKesson in my opinion.
