In addition to lifting as little as 4% of your body weight, or as much as 69% of your body weight, the POWER BAR holds an extra 100 pounds. That's a complete workout! In addition to the eleven notches, up to 100 pounds of free weights (not included) can be added to the POWER BAR, increasing the levels of resistance from just eleven to over 1100 different levels of resistance. Also, the pilates power cords supply four additional levels of resistance at each setting. These cords increase natural resistance, enhance each pilates exercise, and boost the levels of resistance from 1100 to 4400 different levels.
