This mat is great! I am working on improving my functional strength so I am spending lots of time on the floor doing side planks and the like. The mat really helps shoulder discomfort when raising yourself up repeatedly. My mistake was not to buy this mat in a larger size. Get as large a one as you can afford. You won't regret it.
