Best Uses:
Performance Training. Strength Training.
Purchased for handicapped granddaughter to use in above the ground pool to help increase her confidence in walking around to exercise her legs in the water. She has been terrified and vests just didn't work well. Purchased modules also to make sure she was buoyant all the way around. Used it yesterday for first time and was beginning to get brave and walk around the pool independently within the hour we spent in the pool. Thanks.

Belt is great! I jog for an hour with headset and love the peace and quite and when I get out of the pool I can really feel the muscles and how hard they have been used!
