BOSU Sport 45cm Balance Trainer
The BOSU Sport 45cm Balance Trainer is a good option if you're looking for a dynamic and affective way to exercise in almost any location. With a sleek, compact design, it is both easy to store and to travel with the BOSU Trainer. The solid platform is 25 inches in diameter, with two recessed handles on the bottom of the platform near the sides so that it is easy to turn the BOSU over or carry it. The blue dome is easily inflated using the included foot pump. Developed from the combined fields of neuromuscular physiology, and balance and sports specific functional training, the BOSU creates a movement continuum from the easy to the challenging, and from static to fluid. An acronym for "both sides up", the BOSU Trainer provides different balance challenges depending on whether you use it platform side up or down. Regardless of how simple or complex your use of the BOSU Trainer is, this form of exercise will help everyone, from regular people to highly trained athletes, develop core strength, balance, and agility.
