great to build extensor strength Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Easy To Use. Durable. Versatile.
Best Uses:
Daily.
Describe Yourself:
Frequent Exerciser.

I'm a stroke survivor, and highly recommend this for working on weak finger extensor muscles (those that straighten, not bend, the fingers). PowerWeb may be simpler, but not less expensive, and not contoured as well as to the fingers. Booklet describes exercises well enough, but could have been clearer. If you use this for rehabilitation, get your OT to approve!

Excellent finger exerciser Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Sturdy. Can focus on one finger. Multifunctional. Easy To Use. Targets Muscles. Compact.
Cons:
Limited Use. Limited but exactly right.
Best Uses:
Stroke recovery of hand. Body Building.

Post-stroke don't need same things as athletes do - specialized equipment is difficult - allegro is a great resource

I bought this so I could re-learn to extend ny fingers! I had a stroke and need to get my fingers moving again! I'm still on the lightest one since I only received it a week ago!
