Unlike other sets of flex bars, the Cando bars come in extra-extra light resistant and light resistance, along with the usual light, medium and heavy resistance. Not only are the extra-extra and extra light reisistant bars are prefect to begin wrist rehab after fracture or other injury; but they also can be easily used by women with osteoperosis for wrist, hand arm strengthening.
