Good deal Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Sticks to itself. Bargain. Easy To Use. Targets Muscles. Coordination skills.
Cons:
Meltooze out of shape. Limited Use.
Best Uses:
Handwristforearm strgth.

Working in hand therapy this is an old stand by. They have a good price for this putty. It could be harmful if have certain hand conditions (e.g. types of arthritis) or stages of healing not met..check w/ your Occupational or Hand Therapist. And for all medical conditions consult w/ your doctor. I like it much better than balls or grip hinges since it challanges hand coordination as well and can isolate pinch and wrist movement combined. Also can work extensor muscles not just flexors. I always tell patients use clean hands, place back in container right after use so don't fall asleep w/ it in your hand as it will "melt"/loose shape over time and you'll wake up w/ a blob on your lap. Once in clothing it is hard to get out. Can be a good hand muscle workout but can be addicting and you could get sore muscles if work longer than about 20mins, but this also should be individualized by your therapist.
