interesting

Pros:
chalanges balance. soft surface.
Cons:
hard to mount. must use two feet.
Best Uses:
standing on it. two legged squats.
Describe Yourself:
athletic. knee problems.

I was hoping to get something to step on and off of, but this can't be used that way. It's best use seems to be doing squats once you've gotten both feet ont it. Overinflating it just makes it roll more as you try to get into position. It does provide an insecure surface to work on balance and ankle, knee strength.

Great product

Pros:
well-made. easy to inflate. does not leak. good price.
Cons:
none.
Best Uses:
physical therapy. strength maintenance.

I bought this for post-op physical therapy for an older large breed dog. So far, it is working very well. The dog seems to prefer the nubby side which gives him a better grip. I am considering buying a second disc so we can work front and rear legs at the same time. One disc is probably big enough for a small dog.
