I bought this to use for my mother who has had a stroke and my father in law to try for leg exercising. I am now ordering 2 more as I have had a knee replacement and this very item they used in my therapy sessions. It comes assembled and very easy to use. Great use for arm exercising also. very portable and easy to move around the house wherever you need it..

Pros:
Smooth Operation. Comfortable. Stable. Easy To Adjust. Easy To Setup. Use while watching tv. Quiet Operation. Easy To Use.
Cons:
Cannot use under desk.
Best Uses:
Low Impact Exercise. Physical Therapy. General Fitness.

While doing a 12-week project which involved a lot of sitting and not going out to the gym, I found this device helpful to keep up some exercise. It is practical, inexpensive, and easy to use. I could not use it at my desk, however, because my knees would hit the under side of the desk. But I later found that I could use it sitting in a chair while watching television or reading.

I like it!! Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Easy To Adjust. Smooth Operation. Quiet Operation. Easy To Use. Comfortable. Easy To Setup.
Best Uses:
General Fitness. Physical Therapy. Low Impact Exercise.
Describe Yourself:
Conditioning Exerciser.

I use this at work to keep my knee from stiffening up at my desk. I wish there was a way to use it totally under the desk without your knees hitting the underside. But that would need to be a longer piece of equipment so it would probably take up too much room under the desk.

I would not have bought this if... Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Easy To Setup.
Cons:
Not smooth pedaling. Can't use on hard floor. Rough Operation. Squeaky. Bad design. Can only be used on rug.
Describe Yourself:
Rarely Workout.

I don't like this unit. It does not pedal smoothly at all, and it squeaks like crazy. I can't use it unless I have a carpet or rug under it, and sometimes not even then...I loves to do it's own dance...Also I am tiny, so sitting in a chair with this is a nightmare...Sorry, but I would have been smarter buying something else. I need to start excercising all the time, but this is not the answer.
