Casual/ Recreational.
I spend 8 hours sitting in front of a computer, which is horrible for posture and muscle strength. I use the exercise ball as a chair every couple hours. It forces me to keep my core muscles engaged and sit up straight. Occasionally I lie on it on my back and straighten my spine.
