The pump is great. It is dual action, making it twice as fast as a regular pump. --Hard to describe, but it pumps when you push it down (just like a normal pump) and also when you pull it out (a normal pump would just use that effort to fill the air chamber).
Also, it comes with an adapter for a basketball as well as for an exercise ball.

I use my fitball for class. It's not the first
one I've purchased through Allegro. My only concern is that over time the outside of the ball starts to peel so the skin becomes vulnerable.
