This is a great tool for practicing balance and building core performance. I originally bought this for my husband after back surgery so that he could learn to balance properly after having numbness in one leg for nearly a year. But I use with dumbbells to work lots of muscles at a time. Since balance and flexibility are the first things we lose as we age, I think this a fun way to retain them or regain them!

I bought this because I had knee surgery and needed PT for my knee. This is a very good wobble board, I first saw it on [...] for over $100, so I went to the company's web site and was pleased to see it much cheaper. When I'm not using it my kids tink it is fun.
