Great for sitting, not standing
Pros:
Multifunctional.
Sturdy.
Cons:
Limited Use.

Frequent Exerciser.
Great: seated exercises with weights
seated Pilates/abdominal floor exercises
exercises with one hand/foot centered on the disc
seated exercises on a Pilates reformer (the disc is the same width)
Not so great: getting into position for standing or plank exercises. Regardless of the volume of air in it, the disc moves a lot when you place the first hand or foot anywhere other than the center. The movement is far more than on a BOSU.

I use this disc with my dogs to strengthen their muscles during the winter time when swimming is not an option and it's fabulous. Several websites sell something similar (special for dogs) but the prices are outrageous in comparison!

We are using the disc for core work on humans and dogs! The size is great and it seems really sturdy; although we have only had it for 2 weeks. Did not need the plug puller that was recommended.

We purchased this balancing disc to help our Standard Schnauzer puppy develop his balance for agility competitions. It's crazy but the dog loves to get on the disc and balance while shaking a toy in his mouth.
