This video strengthens all the muscle groups you need while pregnant and while delivering your baby. Early in the pregnancy it is really easy, but once your pregnancy progresses (as you get bigger and heavier!) it becomes more effective. I had this in VHS format and was looking for the DVD version. Allegro Medical is the only place I found it and I was so excited to replace my old tape.
