The FitBALL Roller comes fully deflated and requires inflation before use. Inflation equipment is not included. The FitBall Air Pump, Allegro Part No. 210950, is an excellent accessory for easy inflation of any FitBall product and is sold separately. It can be found below under "Other Items of Interest".

This is so much more comfortable to use than foam rollers. Unfortunately, it's too short to accommodate average to tall individuals. Would like to find one in a longer length.
