Exercise is supposed to be difficult but Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Sturdy Construction.
Cons:
VERY uncomfortable. Limited Function.
Describe Yourself:
Weekend Warrior.

I tried this in various chairs and always felt like I was sitting atop a pointy peak about to tip over. It was also very hot after a while.

Fabulous for students at school Verified Reviewer

Pros:
Sturdy Construction. Easy to inflate.
Best Uses:
Improves focus. Improving Core Strength. Improves posture.

I had previously purchased 3 of these at a different location. I bought them for 3 ADHD students in my elementary classroom who have difficulty staying in their chairs (they would physically fall off). I just purchased several more of the discs because the discs made such a difference for those 3 students. They no longer fell out of their chairs or tipped their chairs. The students had improved focus. Other students who borrowed the discs comments about how comfortable they felt. The discs have helped the students focus on learning and me focusing on teaching. All of us are less frustrated.

Does what it's supposed to do. Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Good Grip. Sturdy Construction.
Best Uses:
Desk Jockey Pain Relief.
Describe Yourself:
Gym Rat.

Like a lot of people, I spend 8+ hours a day sitting at a desk. It's the back pain special. This seating disk actually does help-- I use it for a couple of hours out of the day, and it changes things up and keeps things unstable enough that my back bothers me noticeably less. It's not the world's most comfortable thing-- you work harder to sit and it makes my butt a little sore-- but definitely worth it. I haven't tried it for more active pursuits yet, but it's certainly sturdy enough to withstand whatever abuse I might throw at it...

makes sitting all day, bearable. Verified Purchaser

Pros:
One size fits all. Sturdy Construction. Versatile.
Cons:
Can be cold at first.
Best Uses:
Improving Core Strength.
Describe Yourself:
Casual/ Recreational.

I use this product on my chair at work. I dont always use it, but when I need a break from sitting in the same position I put on the sitting disc and it wakes my muscles back up. It makes you use your muscles and you are not even aware of it. It is cold at first when I sit on it, but I also store it on the floor where there is a draft. All in all I really enjoy the disc.

great piece of equipment!!! Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Versatile. Good Grip. Sturdy Construction.
Best Uses:
Seating helps.
Describe Yourself:
Rarely Workout.

We purchased this on advice from our Occupational therapist to help our son who has Autism, strengthen his core muscles, and to help him stay in his seat. He has Sensory Intigration Disorder as well and has trouble with equlibrium and knowing where he is in "space." The disc helps him stay centered in his seat, and helps him not to fall out.

Cons:
Loses Shape.

One is fine, the other has a hole. Not worth the chance if 50% defective. Consider another option
