I spend long hours at my computer, both at work and at home. Because of my back issues, my chiropractor suggested I try using a fitness ball as my computer chair. The extra firm fitball used as a chair has really helped my back discomfort. I have even ordered a second one for my office. Yeah fitball!

I use the balance ball to help with balance while using weights for rehab of my arms and shoulders. I also use the ball as a chair, which helps my balance. I have uneven pelvic bones and sitting on the ball instead of using a chair helps to "even up" these bones. Molding to my body creates a much more comfortable "chair".
