Bounce, bounce Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Sturdy. Comfortable. Easy To Setup. Easy Storage. Easy To Use.
Describe Yourself:
Rarely Workout.

It's a trampoline! It's quite fun and nifty to bounce around while watching a tv show, you hardly notice that you're getting in a bit of exercise. It does squeak a bit, but that's what trampolines do when jumped upon, but not so much to disrupt whatever I'm watching.

Noisy but great product Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Easy To Use. Easy To Setup. Sturdy. Strengthens.
Cons:
Noisy Operation.
Best Uses:
Low Impact Exercise. Weight Loss. General Fitness.
Describe Yourself:
Frequent Exerciser.

Set up was easy. Just pull the frame taut and screw on the legs. The trampoline was very quiet the 1st week I used it. However over time, it now sounds like I'm jumping on a squeeky cot. I'm going to eventually wear this thing out and buy a bungee based rebounder. I would rate this rebounder as very firm. It felt about as jarring as jogging on a treadmill's cushioned platform.

"handle" works for me! No falls! Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Easy To Use. Sturdy.
Cons:
wish handle just folded.
Best Uses:
Heart Rate Training. Low Impact Exercise. General Fitness. circulation. Weight Loss.
Describe Yourself:
Weekend Warrior.

at an active 70 but with used-up knees needed a trampoline but afraid to fall off. Good price, the guy was VERY helpful and nice. Like the cover on the edges so you don't get your feet caught! Only con is handle is hard to get on and off for one person - any excuse not to work out; whish is simply folded flat in just a second and not have to slide off and on and all that.[...]
