Grip Master Gripmaster Medical Hand and Finger Exerciser

Gripmaster Medical Hand and Finger Exerciser

AllegroMedical.com presents The Gripmaster Medical Hand and Finger Exerciser. Gripmaster conditions the fingers, hand, wrist and forearm with a unit you can carry in your pocket. Professional sports trainers, athletes, and therapists use gripmaster because of its unique ability to provide an effective isolated resistance workout. All athletes have a common goal to develop and maintain strength, control, endurance, coordination, and dexterity to ensure their competitive edge. Gripmaster is here to help you reach and accomplish your goals.

Great Workout For Sports:

GOLF
Strengthen weaker fingers to overcome right/left side bias. Achieve stronger wrist snap for increased distance and consistency.
TENNIS
Improved racket control & stronger wrist action for all strokes.
CLIMBERS
Develops & maintains hand, wrist & forearm strength and endurance.
BASEBALL
Hitters gain enhanced bat control, wrist snap & bat speed. Pitchers & position players develop a stronger grip & wrist snap for increased accuracy, velocity & ball movement.
BASKETBALL
Shoot, dribble & pass with a higher level of consistency & accuracy.
WEIGHT LIFTING
Improved control under maximum pressure.

HOW IT WORKS

  • The wrist (1) and finger (2) flexors are the longer muscles of the forearm and wrist (extrinsic).
  • These muscles lie in the forearm and their tendon components cross the wrist and attach to the bones to move the fingers and wrist.
  • Exercise these for greater grip power and endurance.
  • The smaller muscles of the hand (intrinsic), lie at the base of the thumb (3), small finger (4) and across the hand (5 & 6).
  • They provide the finer movements, coordination, and control of the fingers and do not cross the wrist.
  • The gripmaster works to improve strength, endurance and coordination of all the muscles within the hand and most muscles and tendons in the forearm.

Very Good device

Describe Yourself:
daughter.

My father who is 97 and my neighbor, who is in her eighties are benefitting from this clever hand excerciser. Both have limited use of their hands and this device is strengthening their grips and fingers. My neighbor who is far worse than my father is starting slow and she is excited knowing that her fingers are regaining their strength.

Answer:
I started with the second lightest or 4th least heaviest. There are five different strengths. It depends on what you are attempting to accomplish. My fingers would become stiff at times and my hobby is target shooting I wanted to strengthen my fingers for that purpose.
