i love them

Pros:
perfect for strength . same as therapist uses. i can build up as i need.
Best Uses:
strength building.
Describe Yourself:
neck injury. loss of strength.

I use these in my therapy routine between sessions with my therapist. I went out and bought everything they use on me in the office except the ultrasound machine which is going to be next and of course smaller in size so I can keep up with my therapy.

Grip ball set meet expectations

Pros:
graded for inc. strength.
Describe Yourself:
Average Health. neck surgery recovery .

The squeeze ball can be used anywhere, any time so encourages frequent uses. 3 firmness levels allow increasing strength. An extra soft would be good for initial use after surgery.

Have used for years - highly recommend

Pros:
Relieves Pain. Long lasting. Really Works Hand. Promotes Flexibility. Better than any other.
Best Uses:
Strengthens Hand. Relieves discomfort.
Describe Yourself:
Average Health.

I suffer from weakness in hands, hand "goes to sleep," pain/discomfort in hands. Original GRIPP ball is amazing, it strengthens & give me back good use of my hands. Keep one in car, aleviates discomfort that occurs when driving. Does not spring back, so works hand much better than ther squeeze balls. Would not be without it.

Question:
This is NOT a question - -But rather a comment. Do NOT get the Gripp Squeeze Ball wet. If you do; you will have issues ---if the ball touches water/liquid; might as well throw the ball away.
