The material the cushion is made of is very sturdy! Mostly I us this in the living room for standing balance practice and various push-ups. The adjustability of this cushion is super convenient for building up to more difficult balancing tasks. Compact and useful workout!

This is a wonderful tool to assist in increasing balance. I'm recovering from a bout with vertigo, and have found that I have a lowered ability to balance. I purchased the Indo board, board roller, and IndoFlo balance cushion in hopes this would assist in rehabilitating my balance. This has worked perfectly! I highly recommend the IndoFlo!
The IndoFlo is very versatile in combination with the Indo board. Not only can you stand on the Indo board on the IndoFlo to increase your balance, but you can include this in your regular workout for push ups, or simply add weights while balancing on the IndoFlo.
Overall, I highly recommend this product. It is assisting me in recovering from vertigo and will be a product that I use for years to come. It's well worth the investment!
