The Magnetrainer has solved the problem of how to continue my cycling exercise in the winter months and on rainy days.
I love that I can also use it for upper body exercise by setting it up on a table.
I do wish that it had some sort of handle or grip on the top to make it easier to tote around.

I have lung disease and the only way to keep it at bay is exercise. I had bought the IOKENITIC version of this and while it was good it didn't have as much resistance as I needed.
This machine has plenty of resistance. I get a really good workout with this, both cardio and upper body. Best part is that I can bring it with me when I'm not at home (as I have to exercise daily for lung function). This would be enough resistance, stability, for anyone.
