Mini-Bike Short-Stroke Accessory with Upright Row Bar

The Mini-Bike Short-Stroke is an accessory for the original Resistance Chair from Continuing Fitness, it offers a short range of motion of 7" and low to medium resistance. It uses a belt drive that allows you to pedal both forward and backward. Straight-forward movement with minimum range of motion is great for improving blood flow, strength, stamina, and balance. This very smooth, quiet, custom-designed exercise bike snaps on to the front crossbar of the Resistance Chair® to give you additional cardio and leg exercise. It includes LCD display and adjusts for resistance level and leg length. Pedal only or combine with other resistance exercises offered with the Resistance Chair®. There is a minimum height requirement of 4 foot, 8 inches tall for proper use of the Mini-Bike. Available in Black only.
