The best thing to me about the cycle is the ability to quickly set it up to get an upper body workout as well. Having the pedals designed to do this is very clever. Other ones I've owned, the pedals were just designed for the feet. It's almost like two products in one. It's also very smooth and quiet and surprisingly sturdy for it's size.

Good if you're mechanically inclined.

Was a good, low-budget workout solution. Turns out to be short-term solution as well.
Had to remove the cover to apply white lithium grease to the peddle arm bearings to eliminate an unpleasant high-pitched squeak while operating.
Resistance is created with a nylon strap around a flywheel. The tensioner screw tightens the strap to increase resistance. After several hours of use, the tension was gone and couldn't be adjusted any further. I'll need to re-engineer the tensioner screw in order to get any more use from this unit.
