The compact, sturdy mini stepper is ideal for toning the waist, calves, hips and thighs. It features a unique adjustable tension pulley system that makes stepping action smoother for low impact exercise. Dual hydraulic cylinders on the mini stepper work independently, allowing you to replicate stair climbing. The mini stair stepper is constructed of heavy-gauge steel and the foot rests are high-impact composite. There is a built-in digital computer which calculates elapsed time and number of steps, batteries included. The non-skid feet prevent mini stepper from slipping.

I ordered this stepper for a friend and she absolutely loved it, the problem is that she doesn't use it regularly and she doesn't follow a healthy diet. This has prevented her from losing weight and shaping up.

I love this little guy. Can slide it under a desk or table and pull it out when I want to use it. Provides the same workout as the big machines at a fraction of the cost. Nicely equipped with counter, adjustable tension. I keep it under my coffee table and pull it out to get a good exercise session while watching the news. Highly recommend this compact, durable, practical, and economical stepper. Don't let the name "mini" deter you... it's just as good as the 'big guys".

I have owned this product for a year and a half. After about a month, it started squeaking and WD-40 didn't help. After a year and a half, the tension screw snapped and the product could not be repaired. When I contacted DMI, they said too bad, it's out of warranty. I would not recommend this product. I was so displeased with this product that this is the first review I've ever written.

Sometimes its hard to get motivated to get out, to find the time to go somewhere to exercise or to do it outside when the weather is too extreme so this supplements other exercise. Its easy to do while watching TV and doesn't take up a lot of room.
