I was hoping to use this as "cheap" way to do lat pulldowns/back work but it's a little too lightweight for that I think (depending on how much weight you need). But that's not exactly what it was made for so that's not it's fault. Used for it's stated purpose it would work fine I'm sure.

I purchased this product to help me rehab my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. It was perfect for this use and the price and ease of use were great selling points. It probably isn't suitable for strenght training, but for range of motion exercises it's fabulous.
