Product Overview

ProStretch Double - Bilateral Stretching System

ProStretch Double - Bilateral Stretching System

ProStretch's PT200 Bilateral unique stretching system is formulated to exercise both legs simultaneously, and is proven to stretch the leg muscles easier and far more effectively than any other conventional method. This performance enhancement tool is specially designed to improve your lower extremity strength, balance, proprioception and flexibility while reducing your risk of injury. The ProStretch is ideal for stretching and rehab of the ankle Achilles tendon and calf muscles. Its unique rocking feature allows dynamic stretching of the lower leg. Made of high-impact PVC. Weight 5 lbs. Includes an instructional DVD.

Whether you are a scholastic recreational or professional athlete - a runner, swimmer or football player - your chances of being injured during sports remain high. Even in non-contact sports injuries range from nagging Plantar Fasciitis (an inflammation of the tissue on the bottom of the foot) to Achilles tendonitis, ankle sprains, cramping calves and hamstring pulls among many others. The best way to treat an injury is to prevent it from happening! Many athletic injuries can be prevented by improving lower extremity strength balance and flexibility. ProStretch is specifically designed to allow you to improve all three of these categories while reducing your overall risk of injury.

By improving flexibility ProStretch can alleviate common ailments to the lower extremities. The ProStretch can be used to isolate gastrocnemius soleus, hamstrings, plantar fascia and tibialis anterior. Ideal for Closed Kinetic Chain rehab programs.

Important:

  • If you presently have a foot ankle or calf injury consult your physician or physical therapist before using ProStretch
  • Do not use ProStretch on wet surface ice gravel loose stone or sand
  • Never stretch a cold muscle. Warm up first with a short walk or jog
  • Never stretch to the point of pain or bounce while stretching as this will actually tighten the muscle rather than increasing its flexibility
  • A rubber soled shoe is recommended while using ProStretch
  • When in doubt about your physical ability consult a physician or physical therapist

This product is great for stretching. The older I get the stiffer I become. This product is great to stretch out my muscles. I also hurt my ankle a couple of years ago and it still is very stiff and sore. When I use this product it feels more flexible and stronger.

I was introduced to the ProStretch by my physical therapist. I had a gastroc muscle strain and began using the ProStretch during my rehab sessions. I had seen this device before my injury but had not had an opportunity to try it. Once I did I began searching the internet to order my own. It has been great for my recovery and in general for my regular stretching. My husband is a runner and loves the ProStretch too.

It Works Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Lightweight.
Describe Yourself:
Athletic.

This is great. I decided on the double for the balance. This is the only way to stretch. The rolling motion gives a more natural, unimpacted glide. I don't have any lower limb problems, but got this product for triathlon training. There are very few products that I buy unseen that actually work. This product works better than I had anticipated. I am anxious to try the core-stretcher.
