The Resistance Anchor Cables is an accessory for the original Resistance Chair from Continuing Fitness. They allow you to tailor the resistance level of the cables to your specific needs. Color-coded cable ends identify six different resistance levels, from Level 4 to Level 9. Each level of the resistance cables represent an increase in resistance of approximately 2.5 pounds, or 1.1 kg., in comparison to the previous level. The Level 9 cables can also be used for isometic resistance exercises. The anchor cable set consists of two color matched Anchor Cables per box.
