Durable, I had mine used by over 400 members in my gym. They couldnt be destroyed. I'm only getting more to complete a growing gym.

i originally ordered this mat because of its thickness-- i wanted something with more padding than a yoga mat. i recently quit my gym because membership fees were too high-- i'm a grad student getting deeper and deeper in debt-- and wanted to get a couple of simple items to work out at home. it's really, really comfortable and seems to be holding up well for using it 6 days a week
the only two cons i've noticed at that it's practically a magnet for dust and for hair and that it's easily scratchable... still, i'd highly recommend it

I have an excercise program that I am following. The mat makes it so much easier for me to lay down and perform the various exercises without slipping. It's comfortable and just enough cushion for use.
