Pros:
Durable.

I bought this to try with my autistic students. I opened it at home before I took it to school and my 10 year old was infatuated with it. But soon he started playing with it with my husband and 6 year old, and my husband quickly took it away from him because it hurt so much. It may have some oral motor benefit, but so often autistic children throw things, it is useless to me now.
