It's a gym in a small bag. When you travel and cannot get to a real gym or when the hotel exercise room is treadmills only, these products fill in the blank. For short-term use when away from your regular training. Can get almost the same hypertrophic boost from Thera-bands as from free weights, and the bands pack easily in a suitcase.
