The board is large enough to use safely but doesn't take up a lot of space. We keep it in the television room where we can frequently use it. Years ago we used another much smaller board, probably 10" diameter. This board is 17". When searching for a twist board I read comments by others about the small size and instability of the one they had bought. We have used it for 18 days now.

Best Uses:

I am a senior and I have found the larger size is great for me. The other ones are way too small to stand on. It is heavy, but so much better for us seniors to twist on.

Excellent--especially for heavier folks Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Comfortable. Easy Storage. Sturdy. Strengthens. Quiet Operation. Easy To Use. Easy To Setup.
Best Uses:
Performance Training. General Fitness. Weight Loss. Low Impact Exercise. Heart Rate Training.
Describe Yourself:

This twist board is excellent. There are cheaper twist boards available, but these are much smaller and cannot take heavier weight. If you have big feet, trouble balancing, or are over 200 pounds, this twist board is for you.

This is great especially for strengthening the abs, I just turn on my favorite show or music and twist. My lower back is so much better, and my abs and stomach have shrunk. I can do this at any time, and even take it on business trips.

The two discs were not aligned properly; not a new item as described. Lots of discolorations. Costs way too much for the product that you recieve.
