I have been using this twist board consistently for a little over a month now, and all I can say is that it is worth its weight in gold!!!! I bought it to jump start a weight loss/workout plan, and it has exceeded any expectations I had. I just wanted something to get me moving (I'm over 50 and quite overweight), but now I use it as a main part of my workout. I use 5 - 8 lb handheld weights so that I get both upper and lower body workout. The results have been amazing. I've lost 16 lbs... now I've been on a good food plan too, but I wore a belt yesterday for the first time in a couple of years. I'm looking better than I have in a long, long time, and feeling terrific. I can't stop talking about this twist board to everyone I know. I'm sure they're sick of my enthusiasm, but I can't help it. I look like a woman again instead of a blob. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

Don't believe the hype!

Pros:

The two discs were not aligned properly; not a new item as described. Lots of discolorations. Costs way too much for the product that you recieve.

I bought this to help me get started exercising again - I'm over 50, overweight and pretty sedentary. I needed something fun and low impact that would help me feel better. It's working. I use 5 - 8 lb barbells to work out my upper body at the same time. I'm loving it!!
